Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, subject to their statutory rights.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, BOLD MAN Shop will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by UK consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
For cancellations covered by UK consumer law, we will issue refunds within the applicable legal timeframe, generally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
Where required by law, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge, if any.
